The "Whys and Hows" of providing a Special Offer.

There are several reasons you may wish to give AllMyFun members a special offer:

  • You are introducing a new event and want to kick it off with good attendance.
  • You think that attendance will be light and you want to boost attendance without offering a general public discount and suffering a potential loss of face.
  • You want to attract valuable AllMyFun members to your venue and have them become long-term customers.
  • It's better than the traditional "coupon book" offers, because you can vary the offer with each event and make last-minute offers.

AllMyFun members are great people to attract to your event. They understand the importance of a good quality of life and are willing to pay for it. They're busy people with full lives. They've chosen to pay $3.99/month for their personalized weekly event listings. They know time is precious and want to make sure their free time is well spent. They'll appreciate it when you recognize their uniqueness by offering a member-only incentive.

Here's how it works:

Simply enter the special offer that goes along with the event that you're adding. Some examples are:

  • Bring a friend for free.
  • Discounted entrance fee.
  • 1st drink for free.
  • Preferred seating.
  • and so on.

The offer should be specific to the event that you are entering. (In the future, we will be creating a list of ongoing offers.)

You will not need to check to see if people are card-carrying members. They will probably only know about the offer if they saw it on AllMyFun.com anyways. And if others find out about it, well, so much the better.

If you need them to let you know that they are claiming the offer, tell them how to let you know.
